Part Time Center Administrator

Part time position for approx.
20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Job
Responsibilities:
Schedule staff and clients for daytime center ABA therapy Communicate with staff and families regarding scheduling changes and staff coverage Manage call outs to maintain client schedules Collaborate with center clinicians and other agency administrators Organize in-house events for clients to assist in making learning fun! Verify and render appointments for services provided each day Management of third party vendors Initiate and complete initial client contact, within the specified program timeframes and guidelines, based on information provided on the referral Manage inventory and supplies.
Determine and designate a Program Eligibility based on the information provided by the client during the initial contact interview and take appropriate actions (e.
g.
, either continue the intake process or close the case) based on these findings Introduce new families/clients to the applicable programs Explain the intake process to the client/family and coordinate the acquisition of necessary documents and materials needed throughout the intake process.
Ensure intake paperwork is complete and accurate, by completing intake files and properly filing intake-related documents.
Ensure that all clients' records are accurate, current and updated on a regular basis Ensure required efforts are made when attempting to reach clients, as stated in the company's guidelines.
Maintain professional relationships and assure information is communicated effectively with staff, as well as to clients, families, and referral sources Generate necessary correspondence in compliance with program guidelines of expected communications with clients and staff.
Maintaining established quantity and quality standards.
Attend staff meetings as required.
Requirements:
1-2 years of administrative experience Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills Strong technology and web skills Proficiency in Google Drive applications Physical Requirements:
Standing, bending or kneeling for long periods of time.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Physical labor required and appropriate to complete the tasks at hand Exposure to blood, chemicals, and other bodily fluids Other physical demands that coincide with the duties of a specific discipline Preferred
