The Financial Coordinator (FC) will be responsible for performing a variety of financial duties for the patients in a cheerful and efficient manner.
The FC bills insurance, acts as the expert and liaison between your office and insurance companies, presents patient treatment plans and financial options (supporting TC), and handles patient collections.
Other responsibilities would include checking patients in and out of the office, scheduling, and handling phone calls.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
