Background in dental insurance including; benefit verification, processing pre-treatments and insurance claims.
Ability to read and understand the patient's EOB and post payments.
Strong team player willing to support the front office team.
Attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a fast pace environment is needed.
Dependable with excellent attendance record Previous experience with Dentrix Ascend is helpful.
Ability to read and speak Spanish is helpful but not required.
