Description:
Planning and scheduling to include meeting coordination and logistics, project schedule updates, tactical plan updates, Program and project management including assisting in or leading process improvement projects, tracking progress, developing and implementing new processes and procedures. Records management. Project planning, development, monitoring and reporting.
Requires:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Expertise in MS Office Professional product suite
Experience in MS SharePoint
Experience as a program coordinator
Experience with project planning, development, monitoring and reporting
Experience developing management reports
Experience working across organizational boundaries and with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with one or more CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)
Required / Desired Skills
MS Office Professional product suite (Required 4 Years)
MS SharePoint (Required 4 Years)
Experience as an IT Program Coordinator (Required 4 Years)
Project planning, development, monitoring, reporting (Required 4 Years)
