Experience/knowledge with SharePoint is a plus but not expected.
High level knowledge of programming practices
Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL
PMP or COVA PM Certification. Other PM certifications or degrees considered.
Experience:

years Technical PM experience (systems analyst and/or architecture analyst experience a plus)
Extensive experience with MS Project and creating project plans.
Experience with testing scripts and system testing a plus
Experience with architecture reviews a plus
Experience with application development projects a plus
Public Sector or Northrop Grumman (NG) background/experience a plus
Experience with technical upgrade projects involving window &/or UNIX servers
Experience with SQL and Oracle databases upgrades a plus.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor degree in related field is preferred, but not required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
