Description:
In this customer facing role, you will provide excellent customer service and responds to customer inquiries. Documents user issues and publishes findings for others to use on the Resource Center. Coordinates with staff on day to day support of SharePoint environment. Responds and handles customer support issues in a timely manner, and troubleshoots user issues including connectivity and accessibility. Communicates and promotes SharePoint best practices. Serves as one of the technical point of contact.
Creates and manages content types, site columns and templates for re-use in sites. Analyze current business requirements and maps to SharePoint. Works with business owners to assist in identify new areas on an ongoing basis where SharePoint can be leveraged.
This position provides expertise and assumes a role in implementing, maintaining, and supporting SharePoint sites and technical environment. Serves as backup for support of SharePoint intranet/portal support.
1 to 3 years experience with SharePoint 2013.
Hands-on experience performing SharePoint 2013 SharePoint administration, project planning and execution
Experience supporting the design and deployment of SharePoint 2013. Implementations and customizations, to include permissions, lists, libraries, Wiki, and other platform offerings.
Experience administering user security in the 2013 SharePoint environment including the use of Active Directory groups.
Experience developing custom SharePoint Web parts, SharePoint Designer Workflow, and InfoPath form solutions.
Understand the differences between sites, site collections, workspaces, web parts, document libraries, and lists as they relate to SharePoint and know when and how to use them
Possess experience designing, implementing and supporting solutions using Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and Windows SharePoint Services technology platforms.
Experience with SharePoint 2013 Standard and Enterprise features
Familiar with Admin/Management tools used for reporting
Possess skills to assist team in all aspects of support and maintenance to include system administration, business and requirements analysis, second-tier escalation support, troubleshooting and technical support; managing the SharePoint environment, including design, configuration, architecture, availability, performance, monitoring and security reporting
An understanding of database objects (tables, views, triggers and stored procedures) is required.
